Karnataka is a state in the southwestern region of India, bordered by the Lakshadweep Sea to the west. The state has a blend of heritage places, thick dense forests and holy places. Hampi and Pattadakal have been declared as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The city of Bengaluru is the capital of Karnataka.
