Ocho Rios – Day 4 – Overnight Ocho Rios

Dunn’s River Falls – This is one of Jamaica’s national treasures and it is truly one of the most beautiful spots on the island. At about 180 feet (55 m) high and 600 feet (180 m) long, the falls empty into the Caribbean Sea at the western end of a white-sand beach.

Dunn’s River Falls

You can climb up the falls 2 ways : Wet climb or Dry climb. There are many guides available to help you climb up the falls both ways and I’d fully recommend you take one with you as they will ensure you have a great, and safe experience. As you make your way to the top during the wet climb, the tour guide will provide guidance on the best path to take and where to step to avoid slipping. We did the wet climb and our guide who our phone, took loads of great pictures. The guides rely on your tips to make their money so please tip them if you go. Always keep a bunch of $1, $5, and $10 notes for tipping anywhere in Jamaica.

Rainforest Adventures, Mystic Mountain – This popular tourist attraction offers several different types of adventures. One can ascend the mountain on the Sky Explorer, a chairlift perched high over the rain forest. At the top, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the cruise ship port and coastline below. From here, you can zoom down the mountain on the Bobsled, a single-person roller coaster ride, or fly through the rain forest canopy on the ziplines.
