We visited Germany in 2016. We had planned to spend about 10 days in this country, and it was hard to pick the cities to visit as every city/town in Germany has something unique to offer to tourists. We finally settled for the following itinerary which was a mix of big cities, small towns/villages and Palaces.

- Day 4 – Fly to Cologne Overnight Cologne
- Day 5 – Train to Frankfurt Overnight Frankfurt
- Day 6 – Drive to Heidelberg Overnight Heidelberg
- Day 7 – Drive to Rothenburg Overnight Munich
- Day 8 – Munich Overnight Munich
- Day 9 – Neuschwanstein, Linderhof Overnight Munich
