Singapore

Singapore is one of the smallest countries in the world, covering roughly 728 sq km. It is a melting pot of cultures, with a population that includes a diverse mix of ethnicities. The four official languages are Malay, English, Tamil, and Singaporean Mandarin. The country is committed to green living, dedicating a significant portion of its land to greenery and mandating green spaces in new buildings.

We visited the country in 2019 and stayed with my college mate. Radhi and her family were fantastic hosts and accompanied us in most of our site-seeing trips. You can get around the city using the extensive and affordable public transport, such as buses and the subway, which is what we did. We spent 4 days in this beautiful country.
